Call out for new Fusion ArtistCare crew members!

We are looking for people who are interested in working at the festival site in Lärz from the start of April until the end of July.

The job is an office job, making sure the artists get what they need in terms of travel, accommodation, catering, festival tickets and that we get the necessary contracts and invoices in time. In April and May we pretty much work normal working weeks, but from June onwards we work (more or less) as much as necessary, including weekends. It is important that you are happy to work long hours when needed.

After Fusion, things will slowly calm down and we will enter the post-production phase of Fusion, which for you is wrapping up you pre production work. We go back to working weekdays.

We have our own booking software and communicate via emails and phone calls in our quite small office in backstage 1. We all live on site in various caravans that belong to the Kulturkosmos which are used by the people who work on site for longer periods. You are of course welcome to bring your own camper van/caravan if you wish.

Fusion Festival starts on June 25, and we work throughout the festival, either in the Artist Check in or in the Artist Care main office, answering questions or organizing last minute travel, ground transport or paying out the artists who receive a cash payment.

Ideally you are a person who has experience with the tasks described above. Preferably you will have worked with artists and booking agencies before.

You must be a team player, be able to work in a noisy office, not feel overwhelmed by the sometimes long hours and enjoy being in the countryside in Lärz. You must be able to speak fluent German.

Does this sound like it would suit you? Yay! Get in touch: bewerbung@kulturkosmos.de
